Overview:
Engagement, The first step to Influence:  

 

One challenge for many sales people, managers and supervisors is how to approach and start addressing a situation in a positive way and have the other party fully engaged in the process.  

 

We utilize ideas from Outcome Based Thinking, DISC Profiles, and Reverse Engineering to create multiple approach methods to the same situation. In this way participants learn to fully engage others while staying in control of themselves and the situation.  

 

This reduces resistance, stress and confrontations of the parties and sets the foundation for a win/win outcome.  

 

Objectives: Create a thinking process that takes the “reaction” out of the situation and creates a win/win oriented approach.  

 

Results: Participants can approach situations with confidence and control while reducing up front resistance.
