Ever wonder who the top executives talk to about their issues? Who do they go to for direction, advice or just a sounding board?

Our one on one coaching service purpose is to assist professionals in their personal and professional career tracks.

These confidential sessions can be face to face or via phone.

Who would qualify for a coaching session:

• Professionals that are looking for continued growth in their business.
• Executives that are looking for a confidential sounding board.
• Sales people that want to excel in what they do.
• Small business owners that are overwhelmed and want direction.
• Individuals that want a more productive and fulfilling life.

 How does this work:

• Potential clients contact us for an initial free  one hour conference.
• Outcomes and purpose of the sessions is developed and agreed upon.
• A schedule of sessions is set, generally once every two weeks.
• Each session will have a purpose and expected outcome agreed ed to by both.
• The projects given by the coach will be completed by the participant in a timely manner.
• Issues that require research will be done in confidentiality.
• A minimum of six sessions is required to start the process.
• Additional sessions can be added if required.

Our expectations of a coaching client: 

• To be open to honest and complete communication about their situation.
• To be willing to try our suggestions and be accountable for such.
• To be on time with scheduled appointments or call the day prior to make changes.
• To have prepared the materials needed for each session.

What our coaching clients can expect from us:

• A confidential interaction that is not divulged to others.
• An honest and direct communications as to what we see and hear from the client.
• Advice and ideas that have been proven and researched for maximum effect.
• Availability outside of scheduled sessions for consultation before an event.
• A structured session with a purpose and expected outcome.

What is this going to cost me?

Many coaches may charge in the $500 per hour range, some may be in the $80 per hour range. The question is what you want as a result of the coaching.

We have our own life experiences  and education to draw from. Plus we have the inputs of experts such as Dr. Knowles, Dr. Schaefer, Dr. Jonas, Dr. Hogan as well as others if needed. Who else could provide you all this experience?

Our fee per hour of coaching session is $200 per hour with one session paid in advance. We ask for a commitment of six sessions to assure enough time for your results to show.
