Resistance and Objections:  

 

Resistance is a natural defense mechanism in all of us when faced with change or new ideas. Trust needs to be established in some form before people move forward.  

 

We examine why resistance is there, what are the causes and provide proven tools to help overcome most resistance. This includes resistance to change or new ideas as well as buying resistance.  

 

In this way participants learn methods that reduce or eliminate resistance up front for a quicker and smoother compliance effort. We also work with “objections” type of resistance that may occur during or after the persuasion process.  

 

Objectives: To provide a solid understanding of resistance, its how’s and why’s and implement tools to reduce it.  

 

Results:Participants can approach situations with more confidence and control because they can reduce the resistance factor that is naturally there. Thus they can now lead others through the decision process more effectively.
