Reverse Engineering  

 

Having been frustrated and looking for an effective way to get sales people seeing and thinking about their product in a different way, a serendipitous event occurred to provide the Reverse Engineering tool.  

 

This process of Reverse Engineering a product or a situation causes a participant to take a closer and yet much broader look at the product/situation. This results in a greater understanding of the product/situation and a clearer view of how the other party could be seeing it as well.  

 

People now look at the product/situation very differently and have multiple options they didn’t have before, but were always there. 

 

Objective: Participants look deeper and more broadly into the product/situation so they have a greater understanding from both parties and a multiplicity of options.  

 

Results: Participants now approach, communicate and function differently because of the additional options they possess. This adds to their confidence, assertiveness, effective listening and effective leadership.
